  2. Get 1 packages chicken legs and thighs
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup soy sauce
  4. Take 1 1/2 cup apple vinegar
  5. Take 1 clove garlic
  6. Prepare 1 medium chopped onion
  7. Make ready 3 bay leaf
  8. Get 1 tsp black pepper

  1. Chop onion and garlic cloves
  2. Heat up large sauce pan with olive oil
  3. Put chopped onion and garlic in pan and saute.
  4. Once sauteed add cleaned chicken to pan. Also add the black pepper and bay leaves. Add black pepper liberally if you’d like
  5. Let chicken cook for about 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally till most of the chicken cooked.
  6. Now add your soy sauce and vinegar to the pan. Set heat to medium. And let simmer about 25-30 min.
  7. Once cooked sever with some white rice and enjoy!
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
