  1. Pan fry thawed-out chicken for 1-2 mins each side
  2. Sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger over low heat.
  3. Add chicken in pan.
  4. Add 1 red bell pepper, potatoes, and carrots.
  5. Add gata (coconut milk)
  6. Add betsin and pepper and 1/3 of Curry Mix Powder (McCormick)
  7. Let simmer until carrots and potatoes are cooked.
  8. Add the rest of Curry Mix.
  9. Add salt, pepper, and betsin to taste. Add a pinch of sugar.
  10. Add bell pepper and green sili.
  11. Let simmer for 10 mins.
  12. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
