  1. BBQ SAUCE-Add oil to pan at med heat and throw in the smashed garlic, grated ginger, and grated onion. Cook until it starts Browning about 2 mins.

  3. Add remaining bbq sauce ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 mins. Now your bbq sauce is complete. Save for later.

  16. Pull off grill when complete (7 to 8 mins of bbq) and add another spoonful of bbq sauce from a clean utensil and separate bowl to avoid salmonella.
