- Mix flour and BBQ seasoning together in one bowl
- Mix egg and hot sauce in another bowl
- Slice the poblano pepper into long slices
- Slice chicken breast in half to butterfly it.
- Place 2-4 slices of pepper on the inside of open chicken breast, place a large dab of cream cheese on top of peppers.
- Close chicken breast up and wrap with 3 slices of Bacon.
- Dip in egg wash, then cover with flour mixture.
- Heat your skillet to medium heat with oil covering the bottom. When oil is hot add a tsp of diced Garlic to oil right before you place both chicken breasts into the skillet.
- Fry both sides and then put the lid on and place in the oven at 350° for an hour.
- For an easy side dish cube up 3-4 small potatoes and 1/2 an onion. Dump remaining egg wash onto the potatoes (stir well) then dump remaining flour mix on top (stir well)
- Heat 1/2 cup of oil up and fry potatoes until browned. Place in the oven to keep warm until chicken is finished cooking.
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
