  1. Prepare 1 chicken breast, chopped into small pieces

  1. In a wok fry chicken, garlic, peppers and onion in the groundnut oil until cooked through.
  2. Add the Chinese 5 spice
  3. Microwave the rice for 1 minute and add to the wok
  4. Cook for 2 minutes then add the Mirin and soya sauce and continue to cook for a further minute
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
