  6. Once grill is hot enough, put shish kebabs on the grill and cook each side for about 10 mins on each side, do this for 2 turns.
  7. Once everything is cooked. Sit back and enjoy! To make more simply double to your needs.
  8. NOTE: we have one of the cheap charcoal grills, cooking times may vary. if using a high speed growl, you may only need to cook on each side once instead of twice, also I would suggest preparing ingredients before you start your grill.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
