  11. Prepare C - Other ingredients
  12. Take 1 big tomato - cut/diced
  13. Get 2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Make ready 2 tsp any red chili powder
  15. Take 1 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  16. Make ready 1 tsp salt/chicken cube/seasoning- adjust to taste
  17. Prepare 1/2 C cooking oil
Steps to make Chicken in Spicy Sauce (Chicken Sambal):
  1. Marinate cut chicken in A. Fry in hot oil until half cooked. Keep aside.
  2. Blend ingredients in B. Prepare wok. Use 1/2 cup of cooking oil to sauté B until fragrant. Do not worry about the amount of oil used.
  3. Add C once B well sautéed. Stir until B & C mixed well. This step takes 5 to 10mins.
  4. Add A (half fried/cooked) chicken. Cover and Keep stirring in between until sauce/gravy thickened. Serve with hot steamed rice and stir fried veggies.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
