  7. Once you able to open the pressure cooker, remove the meat and transfer the cooked water into another large pan and cook on high.
  8. Transfer the meat back to the pressure cooker and seal to keep it warm.
  9. Add the cabbage to the boiling water. You will not be able to stir this whilst its cooking.
  10. Then add the potatoes, beans and carrots.
  11. Lastly add the can of chick peas including it’s water.
  12. Cook on high for 30-40 minutes.
  13. Add boiling water from the kettle if it starts to dry but do not stir.
  14. Once cooked serve along the meat platter.
  15. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
