The ingredients needed to make Chicken Lo mein:
  1. Make ready 1/4 cup soy sauce
  2. Take 2 tbsp Chinese wine or mirin

  7. Prepare Tsp garlic powder

  15. Take 2 large and trimmed chicken thighs sliced thin into inch pieces
  16. Make ready Add a few tablespoons of the the sauce along with some chili oil and sesame oil and allow to marinate
  17. Make ready 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in before cooking to velvet the chicken
  18. Prepare Veggies
  19. Make ready 2-3 cups shredded Napa cabbage
  20. Prepare 2 cups Julienne carrots or equal to the amount of green beans
  21. Get 12 oz white mushrooms sautéed
  22. Get bag French green beans snipped and halved (8oz bag)
  23. Make ready Bundle green onions sliced horizontally into half inch slices (about 6 green onions)
  24. Make ready low mein noodles
Instructions to make Chicken Lo mein:
  1. Start by adding the mushrooms to the wok and cook them down very well until they have reduced in size and browned, remove and set aside.
  2. Cook your lo mein noodles, drain and set aside.
  3. Heat peanut oil in your wok until slightly smoking. Start by adding the chicken and cook until you see no more raw and remove and set aside. Add a little more oil and then add the beans and carrots for a few minutes until you see them getting seared. Add the green onions for an additional couple minutes.
  4. Add in the the Mushrooms and chicken and toss really well and cook until everything is getting a really good sear. Add the cabbage for another minute or until it breaks down.
  5. Add the noodles and toss well. Push everything to the side and add the rest of the sauce and let it start to simmer then toss everything together very well.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
