  1. Prepare ingredients by slicing up the chicken into strips as well as the bell peppers and onion. Roughly chop your garlic cloves and chop up your cilantro for later.

  4. Warm tortillas in the microwave and assemble your fajitas. Plain Greek yogurt is a great healthy alternative to sour cream and tastes exactly the same. Other great toppings are salsa, hot sauce, cilantro, shredded cheese, guacamole, etc. Anything you want really. You can also substitute the chicken for beef, lamb, or even salmon. Tony’s Creole seasoning tastes good on just about any meat.
