In a medium bowl, combine cucumbers with 8 oz of nonfat Greek yogurt, 4 cloves of minced garlic, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cover, and place in the fridge.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F
  5. After the chicken is done marinating, place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until it is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear.
  6. Slice chicken into strips
  7. Assemble gyros with chicken, tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, onions, feta, and dried parsley
