  3. Season two chicken breasts with salt, pepper and half a lemon. Grill and use two forks to shred. (Grill the pine nuts real quick too, if you like).
  4. Put the shredded chicken, the yogurt, the pesto, the tomato, and some pine nuts in a bowl and mix.
  5. Drop the mozzarella on the romaine wrap and add chicken from the bowl.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
