The ingredients needed to make Mushroom Farfalle:
  1. Prepare Farfalle pasta
  2. Get Salt for pasta boil
  3. Get Water for pasta
  4. Take 200 ml fresh cream (vegetable base)

  6. Take 1 tsp black pepper
  7. Take 1 cup chicken broth (bouillon)
  8. Get 0.5 kg fresh mushroom
  9. Get 1 handful Rosemary (cut)
  10. Prepare Grated Parmesan cheese
  11. Take Grated Low fat mozzarella cheese
  12. Make ready 1/3 cup melted butter
  13. Get Onion powder (optional)
  14. Make ready Garlic powder (optional)
  15. Take 1 pinch white pepper
Instructions to make Mushroom Farfalle:
  1. Boil the pasta with just salt (adding olive oil will make it slippery and harder for the sauce to hang on it)
  2. Cut the fresh mushroom, in a small pan, melt the butter, and in the mushroom, black pepper, white pepper and rosemary, set aside when cooked
  3. In a large pan, add a bit of butter, when melted, add the fresh cream with salt and black pepper, add in the chicken broth and mix
  4. Add in the mushrooms and pasta and fold together, add in a handful of mozzarella and Parmesan depending on the cheesiness you’d like, if the sauce is not enough, you may add in 1/2 cup of milk
  5. Serve with grated Parmesan and enjoy!
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
