  1. Mix chicken and tomato sauce in 4 quart dutch oven. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in beans and corn. Heat to boil and reduce to low.
  3. Prepare dumplings with seasoning. Drop by 12 spoonfuls (I use a cookie scooper of 1 1/2 tablespoon each). Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
  4. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and cover and cook 3 minutes more or til cheese is melted.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
