Instructions to make Chinese Rice with Korean Egg Rolls:
  1. In a larg pan cook chicken with garlic, onion, salt, black pepper whole and water till the chicken tender. Keep the stock after straining it. Fry potatoes Fries with mixing of salt pepper and cornflour.
  2. Cut and chopped all the vegetables, set it all while cooking. In another pan heat up oil and soutay garlic and onion slices. Add chicken in it.
  3. Then add salt,pepper and soya sauce. After this add all vegetables which are in Julien cut. Peas also. Cook till slightly soft dont over cook.
  4. Cook the left strained chicken stock. When it’s comes to boil add soaked rice in it.
  5. Add vegetables and spread french fries on the top of rahein rice. Cover it till all the rice cooked well.
  6. In another bowl mix all finely chopped vegetables in eggs and seasonings mixed it well. Pour 1 deep spoon of the eggs mixture in greased pan.
  7. Pour spoon by spoon in pan and roll it. After all the mixture is finished. Cook the bigg eggs roll from both sides till light golden.
  8. Set rice in serving dish and set egg rolls on the top of the Chinese rice. Yummy dinner is ready to serve with chilli sauce.
