  24. Take 1 tsp Onion powder
  25. Prepare 1 tsp mix herb
  26. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  27. Take 1 tbsp oil
  28. Make ready Chopped spring onion for garnishing
  29. Get For crumbled egg
  30. Take 1 Egg
  31. Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper
  32. Take 1 tsp oil

Instructions to make Thai Chicken sauce with korean rice:
  1. Marinate chicken with mentioned ingridient for 15 minutes.
  2. Keep in fridge. Heat oil and deep fry chicken until done. Keep aside.
  3. For sauce : Heat oil add ginger, garlic and saute it.
  4. Add onion and saute til transparent, add camcicum, carrot, green chilli, and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce,vinegar, salt, sugar and ajinomotto, cook on high flame.
  6. Add 1 cup water and cook till boils. Now add fried chicken pieces.
  7. Add cornflour water and cover the lid cook for 5 minutes till gravy thicken.
  8. For crumbled egg: Break egg add salt, black pepper powder and mix till fluffy.
  9. Heat 1 tsp oil in non stick pan, pour egg mixture and cook till done. Crumble it. Keep aside.
  10. For korean rice: soak rice for 1/2 hour. After that drain it.
  11. In large pot boil two cups of water, add some salt and oil.
  12. Add soaked rice and cook till 90 percent done.
  13. Heat oil in pan add onion powder, mix herb and rice.
  14. Cover the lid and simmer for 5 minutes. Add crumbled egg and garnish with some chopped spring onion leaf.
  15. For platting: in platter keep one side thai chicken sauce, and other side korean rice. And garnish with Some onion rings.
  16. Serve hot.
  17. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
