- Get 1 cup Rice
- Take 1 tsp Onion powder
- Prepare 1 tsp mix herb
- Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Make ready Chopped spring onion for garnishing
- Get For crumbled egg
- Take 1 Egg
- Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Take 1 tsp oil
- Make ready Salt
Instructions to make Thai Chicken sauce with korean rice:
- Marinate chicken with mentioned ingridient for 15 minutes.
- Keep in fridge. Heat oil and deep fry chicken until done. Keep aside.
- For sauce : Heat oil add ginger, garlic and saute it.
- Add onion and saute til transparent, add camcicum, carrot, green chilli, and cook for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce,vinegar, salt, sugar and ajinomotto, cook on high flame.
- Add 1 cup water and cook till boils. Now add fried chicken pieces.
- Add cornflour water and cover the lid cook for 5 minutes till gravy thicken.
- For crumbled egg: Break egg add salt, black pepper powder and mix till fluffy.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in non stick pan, pour egg mixture and cook till done. Crumble it. Keep aside.
- For korean rice: soak rice for 1/2 hour. After that drain it.
- In large pot boil two cups of water, add some salt and oil.
- Add soaked rice and cook till 90 percent done.
- Heat oil in pan add onion powder, mix herb and rice.
- Cover the lid and simmer for 5 minutes. Add crumbled egg and garnish with some chopped spring onion leaf.
- For platting: in platter keep one side thai chicken sauce, and other side korean rice. And garnish with Some onion rings.
- Serve hot.
