  6. Make ready 4 – ½ chicken breasts – cooked and shredded

Steps to make Korean Chow Mein:
  1. Boil noodles in salted water (break into 4 pieces). Do not over boil. Rinse in cold water.
  2. In 3 tablespoons peanut oil, 1 teaspoon salt, fry noodles (per 1 pkg. of noodles). Mix and cool.
  3. In 2 tablespoons oil add bean sprouts, 1 teaspoon salt. Mix and cool.
  4. Fry 1 tablespoon peanut oil with chopped onion, chopped garlic & celery. Add shredded chicken and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix and cool.
  5. Fry eggs in thin layers – slice.
  6. Sprinkle top of noodles with green onion and eggs.
