  1. Make ready 8-12 chicken thighs with bone
  2. Make ready 5 tbs chili oil
  3. Prepare 3 tsp chili powder
  4. Get 3 tbs sesame oil

  7. Take 1/4 cup ginger freshly grated

  2. Top chicken with all ingredients and mix (I used my hands to mix)
  3. Let chicken marinate for at least 1 hour for better results in flavor. If you are in a rush, let it marinate while the oven is heating up.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
  5. After 30 minutes, flip, baste with marinade and bake for another 30 minutes covered with foil.
  6. After 30 minutes, flip back to skin side, baste with marinade and bake for another 20 minutes uncovered.
  7. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
