  1. Get 300 Grams Minced Chicken
  2. Get 4 medium sized Onion finely chopped
  3. Take 3 Puree made from 3 medium sized tomatoes
  4. Take 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds -
  5. Get 2 Tsp red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1 Tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take 2 Tsp coriander powder -
  8. Make ready to taste - Salt
  9. Take 1 1/2 Tsp garam masala powder
  10. Take 2 bay leaves
  11. Get , 3-4 cloves
  12. Make ready 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  13. Take 2 Tbsp oil
  14. Get stick small cinnamon
  15. Take 2 Tbsp curd - chopped green chilli
  16. Prepare as needed coriander leaves-
Steps to make Chicken Keema / Mince Masala:
  1. Heat a pan on a medium flame and add oil - When hot add cumin seeds and let it crackle
  2. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick & Saute for few seconds
  3. Add chopped onions and saute until translucent  - Once onion changes it’s colour - add ginger garlic paste and give it a mix
  4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and stir well
  5. Add minced chicken and mix well with onions and spices until well combined
  6. Add tomato puree, curd, green chilli, salt as per taste - keep stiring until mixed well
  7. Add coriander leaves and give it a mix again - Add 1 glass water - cover it with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes
  8. Keema masala is now ready - add few coriander leaves give it a mix
  9. Turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish -
