- For dough= Add salt and oil to flour gradually add watrr and mold into a thick dough,kenad the dough, close the lid and allow this to rest for about 20 minutes.
- Keema stuff= In a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste green chilli chopped, onion chopped and salt.
- Allow it to cook and later add chicken keema mix every thing well.
- Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder and it a mix.
- Later add mint leaves, coriander leaves, mix them well.
- Add garam masala and squeeze half lemon juice.
- The stuff for the paratha is ready.
- Take dough portion and roll into a round shepe and apply oil or ghee. Stuff the paratha with the keema mixture and roll again.
- Cook it nice and brown on both side by applying ghee or oil.
- Delicious keema paratha is ready to be served.
