  1. In a bowl add the minced chicken. In it add chopped garlic, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt and corn flour. Mix it well and give cylindrical shapes out of the mixture and keep it in the fridge for 3 hours.
  2. After 3 hours, in a pan add oil. Fry all the chicken chops. It should be shallow fried.
  3. Heat a charcoal. after it’s properly heated in a small bowl keep the charcoal and add desi ghee to it. and cover it. make sure you keep the charcoal on the plate where the fried chops are kept.
  4. Smoke it for 6-7 minutes.
  5. For gravy, Add oil in pan. add onion paste, ginger garlic paste. saute it until golden brown. Add all the spices to it like garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, meat masala and salt.
  6. Mix it well and add tomato puree. cook it for 15 minutes until you see a thick consistency.
  7. Before eating, pour the gravy on top of the chops.
  8. It’s ready to eat. You can eat this with tawa fry chicken pulao.
