  1. Take 500 gm Chicken mince (qeema)

  12. Prepare 1 piece Cinnamon stick
  13. Prepare Cloves 2-3
  14. Get 3-4 Green cardamom
  15. Take 1 Tbsp Ginger paste
  16. Take 4-5 Black pepper
  17. Prepare 1 Tbsp Garlic
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  19. Take 3-4 Green chilli
  20. Make ready Coriander 1/2 cup chop
  21. Prepare Ginger julians to garnish
Instructions to make Chicken Qeema Aloo:
  1. Take oil in a pan. Add finely sliced onion and fry till translucent.add green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, bay leaf and fry 1-2 min.Add ginger/ garlic paste and fry.
  2. Add finely chop tomatoes, red chilli, salt, termuric and fry with a little water till oil seprates and tomotes get blended well.
  3. Add chicken mince and mix well on medium heat. Add beaten curd and cover the lid.let cook for 10 min on medium heat.it will cook in it’s water but if needed add 1/2 cup of water. Add potatoes cut in cubes. Mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat till potatoes are tender.add finely chop coriander and green chillies.keep on dam for about 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle garam masala powder before serving. Garnish with ginger julians. Serve with nasn or paratha.
