- Get 1/2 tbsp crushed coriander seeds

- Prepare For Kachori layering we need:
- Make ready half cup ghee
- Get half cup flour
Instructions to make Chicken Qeema Kachori:
- Take a large bowl and mix together the dry ingredients(salt,ajwain and flour). Then add in ghee and mix it until crumbs are formed the add a little water to make a soft dough, later let it rest for 10 minutes
- Take a pan and put it on medium flame,add 4 tbsp of oil in it then add ginger garlic paste and mix it until water evaporates then add in finely chopped green chillies and all the spices after 1 min add in chicken mice cook it until it colour changes to white then add in onion and cover for about 5 min and then turn the flame off.
- For layering we will mix togehter half cup flour and half cup of ghee togehter to a smooth paste
- Take a small ball of dough and spread it with rolling pin and apply ghee paste fold it from two opposite sites to the center then again apply paste and fold it after then will aplly ghee paste and again fold it from two opposite sides and then set it aside.
- Take the layered dough ball and again roll it with rolling pin put on 2 and half tbsp of mince mixture and the seal it like we make seal a dumpling
- Heat oil for frying and then put it on medium to low flame then add in kachoi until it turns golden brown and serve it with sauce you like
- Ready to serve and ENJOY!
