  19. Take 1/2 tsp Kalonji
  20. Get 1-2 tsp Mix herb
  21. Get as required Melted butter_to brush the naan
  22. Prepare As needed Egg white wash the naan

This chicken dish goes great with rice, roti, or naan. When i was looking for dinner inspiration online, i came across a picture of a spicy chicken curry served with some naan. The Afghani chicken turned out brilliant last night. I simply followed the recipe as it were.

Steps to make Afghani chicken keema naan:
  1. To make the naan In small bowl add 3tbs warm water add yeast and sugar and stir well.and keep aside now add flour activate yeast salt oil and mix it the dough Grease clean bowl and keep put in the dough in this ball and cover the clean wrap and rest 2hur.
  2. For qeema filling Add some oil into the pan add in all the ingredients aside onion, capsicum and coriander. And fry on high flame till the meat has cooked. Now add capsicum onion fresh coriander chopped. Dry out all the moisture from Keema.
  3. To assemble the naan Evenly divided the Nan dough into two portion. Roll one portion out still it’s about the size of your hand. When istretch open using spoon load in the qeema feeling. Using your finger begin pinch in the side of the dough towards the centre at the same time pinching all the side together at the centre.. seal the naan dough using the combination of pinching and flattering pressure from the palm of your hand. Now use fingertips makes a border
  4. Now apply egg wash and sugar syrup Sprinkle klonjii mix herb chilli flax
  5. Proove another 15 minute in baking tray. Preheat the oven 15 min. 180c And bake 180c for 30min. Finally Nan is ready brush with melted butter and cover with wet towel for 5 minutes
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

The Afghani chicken turned out brilliant last night. I simply followed the recipe as it were. They also have a range of kebabs and dishes like barra kebab, Afghani chicken, keema naan and korma, which we are yet to try weekend plans!. The only thing Ganesh Restaurant lacks is gravies. We would have loved to follow our fish fry with some good ol' butter chicken.
