Steps to make Cheesy Chicken Keema Pakora:
  1. First up: Chop the aforesaid ingredients finely & set aside…Keep the Chicken Keema ready & handy…
  2. Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in some Butter/Cooking Oil chopped ingredients only & then the Chicken Keema- Sauté gently
  3. Add in the ground spices & seasonings- Sauté for another 2-3 mins time until the raw smell goes off from the entire thing & the chicken keema becomes opaque
  4. Turn off the flame and let it cool down a bit…Then, transfer the same in a mixing bowl: Add in the Besan, Egg (whisked), checkout the seasonings at this point before the final batter is ready for the pakoras…
  5. Add in some fresh lemon juice- Now, heat up a frying pan over the high flame initially- then, reduce it down to the medium-low… Form the pakoras (wet the hands with some water or rub some oil into the palms to avoid it sticking)
  6. Fry them in batches- Transfer it onto a separate plate lined with a kitchen towel to soak up the excess oil- And, repeat the process until it’s all done…I’ve added in the cheese fillings in a few of them (the bigger ones)
  7. For filling it up with the cheese: Same process but this time we need to use our 2 palms to give it a round shape, comparatively bigger than the previous ones- Make a whole in between, then insert one cheese cube in it & cover it & close it giving it a nice slightly flattened-round shape
  8. Frying procedure is the same as always- Once done transfer it to the dish… Serve it piping hot with your choicest sauce, dips, salads & drinks & relish the DELISH
  9. Enjoy your evening tea-time or get together or a party hosting & surprise your guests with it for sure & trust me, it’d be simply over in just no time
