  1. Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste,curd, tikka masala salt and lemon juice! Give the smoky effect by keeping the hot charcoal in some foil add little oil or ghee and close the lid tightly! Keep it for 2 hours!
  2. Take oil in a big pan add tej patta,laung,elaichi,blackpeppercorns,cinnamon stick saute add the 3 big chopped tomatoes and let it cook till it turns into gravy now add the marinated chicken (make sure you remove the charcoal piece from inside) and cook once all the water is soaked and chicken is cooked completely add the fried onions mix it add mint leaves mix lastly add fried potatoes mix it well! Again give the smoky effect (as shown in the picture), masala for biryani is ready!
  3. Now cook the rice! At the bottom of the vessel add some rice then add the chicken tikka masala garnish with some boiled eggs, some fried onions and some mint leaves, now add all the remaining rice, add some red food colour(optional) garnish with fried onion and mint leaves close the lid and cook on low flame till everythg is combined well! Remove in a plate and serve hot😋
