- When oil evaporates from the gravy add garam masala powder, add dry fenugreek leaves mix well, and saute,
- Now add one to two cups of water mix well and cover with the lid for at least forty five minutes first high flame for ten minutes, then in low flame of the oven, after that your yummy chicken is ready.serve with rice or paratha.
