  1. Make ready 500 gm boneless chicken cut into cubes
  2. Make ready 3-4 green chillies
  3. Make ready 8-10 curry leaves
  4. Get 1 tsp jeera
  5. Take 1 cup curd
  6. Get 1 tomato
  7. Take 4-5 cashew nuts
  8. Get 1 cup tomato ketchup
  9. Take as needed Oil

Steps to make Chicken 65:
  1. Take boneless chkn cut into cubes..marinate ginger garlic paste to it..now take a grinder jar add curd,cashew nuts and tomato grind it into smooth paste
  2. Take oil in a pan add jeera add curry leaves,green chillies saute now add marinated chkn tak it..and slighlty saute
  3. Add tomato ketchup mix well now add the curd mixture to it and saute,add salt mix it well..
  4. Add very little water and cook on slow flame..it’s done serve with paratha or chapatis❣
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

I am tired of the name. But I am not , I love this dish. This dish is spreading like wild fire, from Kanya Kumari to Kashmir, in the Gulf , in London etc. This fried chicken recipe is a popular South Indian appetiser that has its origins rooted in Chennai.
