The ingredients needed to make Chicken 65:
  1. Prepare 200 grams Chicken (boneless)
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup Curd
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. Make ready 1 tsp + 1 tbsp Black Pepper powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  6. Take as per taste Salt
  7. Take 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  8. Make ready 5 tbsp Rice flour
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp Oil for deep frying +
  10. Make ready 1 Green Chilli
  11. Get 1/2 cup Garlic cloves

Instructions to make Chicken 65:
  1. Add 200 grams of Chicken and ¼ Cup curd and mix well.
  2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste ½ tbsp, Black Pepper powder ½ tbsp, Cumin powder ½ tsp, Salt to taste and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp and Mix well
  3. Cover and set aside for at least an hour
  4. After an hour add 5 tbsp of rice flour and mix well
  5. In a kadai heat oil for deep frying and when the oil turns hot add the Chicken
  6. Now heat Half tbsp oil in a pan and add a Chopped Green Chili and ½ tbsp of garlic add the fried chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.
  7. Now add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder and mix. After mixing turn of flame
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!

I am tired of the name. But I am not , I love this dish. This dish is spreading like wild fire, from Kanya Kumari to Kashmir, in the Gulf , in London etc. This fried chicken recipe is a popular South Indian appetiser that has its origins rooted in Chennai.
