  2. Mix the red wine vinegar with red onions, sprinkle a pinch of salt and set aside. The vinegar softens the onion slightly.
  3. Place the naan bread on a baking tray, sprinkle a little water then put in the oven for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and peppers in a pan with curry paste, and fry over a high heat for 6 - 8 minutes until cooked.
  5. Take out the naan bread from the oven, spread the yoghurt over each naan bread and top with chicken, red onion, green chilli, and coriander. Add a few dollops of mango chutney to the side.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
