Instructions to make Chicken Chop Suey With Fried Rice:
  1. In a bowl add chicken,corn starch and soy sauce mix well.
  2. Heat oil in large pan.stir fry chicken pieces until light golden brown.
  3. Add oinon and Garlic saute until oinon is soft.
  4. Add chicken broth and fish sauce bring a boil, then simmer over low heat.
  5. Add carrot cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add cabbage, mushrooms cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the corn starch solution, oyster sauce and parsley.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  9. Add soy sauce if you needed.
  10. Simmer for few minutes vegetable are cooked and the sauce has thickened.
  11. Chicken chop suey is ready.
  12. Serve hot with Fried Rice.
