  1. prepare veggies
  2. heat skillet on medium and add olive oil
  3. add prepared veggies and stir 3 or 4 minutes

  5. add arborio rice and stir till evenly coated in oil and reduce heat to medium low
  6. add white wine and stir till absorbed
  7. add half cups of chicken a half cup at a time until rice begins to become tender
  8. add paprika, thyme and Hawaiian salt
  9. continue adding chicken broth till desired tenderness is reached
