Put the browned chicken back into the pan, along with any juices that have collected under them, and sprinkle over the garam masala, sugar and salt. Grind almonds, cashew nuts, &fried onions along with curd, keep aside, place a sauce pan on a medium flame, add ghee &heat up add in all the whole garam masala ingredients saute it for 2-3 minutes,add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 more minutes, now add marinated chicken pieces to it fry them about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, mix well add salt, now add ground onion and nuts paste and fresh cream mix well, saute it everything nicely add little water if required cover the lid and cook chicken until it’s done.
  4. Open the lid add chopped coriander, 2tbsp fresh cream again mix well.and it’s done. Enjoy this rich gravy with Rice/roti/nan.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
