- Marinate the chicken with ingredients mentioned under Marination
- Prepare a course powder of the walnut Chicken masala by dry roasting & grinding the ingredients mentioned under masala powder
- Then to prepare the gravy, take kadai,add oil,fry the onions until brown. Then add ginger garlic paste,green chillies & saute until raw smell goes.
- Then add marinated chicken. Cover & cook for 5 mins.
- Then add the prepared masala powder & mix. Add ½ cup water.cook for 5 mins
- Then add tomato puree & adjust salt.
- Add coriander leaves & pudina. Adjust salt & balance by adding jaggery or sugar.
- Finish off with fresh cream & ginger juliennes.
