  2. season chops, dredge in flour
  3. add to skillet(pan) brown on both sides, about 4 min per side
  4. after browned, remove to plate, add onions,sweat them until clear.add garlic when the onions are done. (garlic burns easily, & really tastes yucky)
  5. add soups & broth& season to taste
  6. bring to a boil, add chops, & turn heat to low, cook until tender
  7. serve with rice.
  8. if gravy is too thick for your liking, add water, but season accordingly
  9. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
