  4. put pot of water on to boil. add oil to keep pasta from sticking, and salt. cook which ever pasta you like for alloted time
  5. onceushrooms soft, add cream. (note: add as much as the sauce you would like). stir the maizena/corn flour in with a little cream before adding to the mix, this will thicken the sauce. add as much as you need
  6. break up cheese and add. leave in low heat till sauce thickens and cheese is I corporated
  7. spoon generously over cooked pasta, pour yourself some white wine…abd ENJOY!
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
