  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then brown both sides of the chicken, starting with the skin side. (Approximately 5 minutes for each side.)
  3. Sprinkle on some white wine, turn off the heat, cover with a lid, steam cook for about 3 minutes, then it’s ready to serve. ♪
