  4. After melting sugar turnout flame

  6. After 10 min add 2 cup water with pinch of colour
  7. Mix well and cook in slow flame for 10 min DONE
  8. TARKARI:In a pan pour oil and add chopped onion, saunf,methi dana and chopped tomato.and fry in slow flame then add all spices except kasuri methi
  9. Add boiled chanay with water and mix well
  10. Then add kasuri methi and mix and cook in slow flame
  11. And garnish with green chilli and coriander
  12. FOR PURI:All ingredients mixed and knead soft dow
  13. With the help of rolling pin make puri and fry in hot ghee
  14. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
