  3. Toss chicken cubes in the flour. Add remaining oil to the skillet and cook chicken until golden on each side (about 3 minutes) do not worry if chicken isn’t completely cooked, it will continue cooking in the following steps
  4. Toss rice, quinoa, paprika, salt, and garlic together in a bowl
  5. Add to the skillet. Mix around evenly and cover. Add water and Simmer on medium low heat for 22 minutes or until rice is tender.
  6. Stir in pepper/corn mixture and remove from heat. Keep covered and Let stand for 2 minutes.
  7. Mix one last time and serve
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
