  1. Prepare 250 gms boneless breast
  2. Take For the marination
  3. Prepare 20 gms rice flour
  4. Take 30 gms cornflour
  5. Get 10 gms maida
  6. Take 1 tbsp garlic paste
  7. Get 2 tbsp soya sauce
  8. Get 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  9. Take 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  10. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. Take 1/8 th cup water
  12. Get Salt as per taste
  13. Prepare To toss the chicken
  14. Get 1 big capsicum slice
  15. Get 2 medium onions sliced
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  17. Take 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  18. Get 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  19. Make ready 2 tbsp soya sauce
  20. Get 2 tsp vinegar
  21. Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  22. Get Salt as per taste
  23. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  24. Make ready 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens

Chilli chicken is one of the most popular Indo-Chinese style chicken appetizer or starter that is served in Indo-Chinese restaurants. Vegetarian alternates are made with paneer, mushroom, potato and tofu. This chicken chili is one I’ve refined over the years but is one I first made from the I like serving my chicken chili with tortilla chips, which imparts a marvelous toasted corn flavor. Add the garlic and cook… Like chilli con carne, this chicken chilli is all about the mix of fragrant spices and heat, subtly mellowed with a touch of chocolate added at the end.

Instructions to make Chicken chilli:
  1. Slice the chicken breast and take them in a mixing bowl, add maida, cornflour, rice flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, sweet chilli sauce, salt, garlic paste and water and mix well & marinade the chicken for atleast an hour.
  2. Then air-dry the chicken in the air fryer, if you do not have the air fryer, you can also grill it.
  3. Now in a wok/pan take oil, switch on the flame, once oil heats up add finely chopped ginger, garlic & chillies sauté this for 20 seconds, then add onions & cook them for another minute, then add capsicum & salt and sauté it for 1 minute, now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and mix well, now add the juice that released from the marination of the chicken(3tbsp) cook it for 5 minutes.
  4. Finally add the chicken toss it well and serve hot. Garnish with spring onion.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
