  1. Make ready 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
  2. Take 2 tsp dried mixed herbs

  6. Prepare 3 garlic cloves, minced
  7. Make ready 2 tsp dried tarragon, plus extra for garnishing

  1. Make 2-3 slashes on each chicken breast. Then marinade the chicken with the garlic, tarragon, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, juice and zest of the lemon. Transfer to fridge then leave for 4 hours, overnight preferably.
  2. Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes. Spray each chicken breast with cooking spray.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for around 12 minutes at 200c, turning once half way through. Times will vary depending on size of chicken breast. Alternatively cook in the oven for 20-25 at 180c.
  4. Sprinkle with extra tarragon if using and serve with boiled potatoes or rice and a salad or boiled vegetables.
  5. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
