  8. Prepare 1 tbsp toum sauce

  12. Get 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  13. Take 1 tbsp jeera powder
  14. Take 1 tsp seven spices powder

Instructions to make Chicken Shawarma Platter:
  1. To make toum, take roughly chopped garlic in a clean dry jar. Add in salt, and blend to a smooth paste.
  2. Start emulsification process with blender on, adding 1/2 cup of oil gradually. Once oil is blended well, add in 1/2 tbsp lemon juice in same manner. Add remaining 1/2 cup oil followed by 1/2 tbsp oil gradually while blending. Check for salt and transfer it to a clean & dry container and store in the refrigerator for a month.
  3. Take cleaned chicken breast in a bowl. Add in toum, ginger garlic paste. Lemon juice, paprika powder, jeera powder, seven spices powder, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  4. Place the chicken breast in preheated airfryer and bake it for 5 minutes at 180 degC. Brush with oil, flip and bake for another 4-5 minutes until cooked. Remove onto a plate and slice it.
  5. In a wide plate arrange sliced chicken shawarma, pickled mix veggies, roughly torn lettuce with sliced onion, French fries, pita bread and toum (garlic sauce). Chicken Shawarma Platter is ready to be served.
  6. Fill pita bread with all the stuffing and relish delicious Middle Eastern Chicken Shawarma.
