  1. Clean the chicken. Rinse and use paper towel to dry.
  2. In a container, add chicken, pepper and salt. Mix well. Marinade in the fridge for 30 min.
  3. Prepare all the sauce ingredients. Preheat a non-stick saucepan with medium heat, add all the sauce ingredients. Bring it to boil. Turn off the heat. Cool down.
  4. When the chicken is ready, pre-heat the air-fryer 180c. Bring out a large bowl. Add rice flour and corn flour and mix well. Coat each chicken with flour mixture. Remove excesive flour.
